Look Up, Look Around.

The Good: Here's another artsy utility box in Woodstock. "Look UP" is the message.

Monday Mural
The Random: Like Tom the Backroads Traveler,  I delight in collecting rural scenes. I spent my early years in the DC suburbs and my young adult years in the city of Alexandria, VA. Now that I live in the Shenandoah Valley, I want to see as much of it as I can.

Created Using PhotoCollage for Mosaic Monday
The Fun: This young lady was enjoying the scenery at Eastham Park in Front Royal. A friend was with her taking photos of the icy Shenandoah River.

  1. ...Linda. you sure have some mighty nice rural scenes in your neck of the woods. I'm not sure that I'd like that up box right outside my front door. Thanks for stopping by.

  3. The painted utility box would bring a smile to anyone's face, great idea. Your mosaic of rural scenes has a very chilly feel to it but the Eastham Park photo could be in a travel brochure, it's a winter wonderland.
Happy New Year and Happy MM.

  6. Nice shots. I grew up in northern Virginia and I like to visit now, but I don't want to ever live in metropolitan areas again.
